Many of these had raised corners after a few days and a few of them have come off... of course I have 4 and 7 year old, so I'm sure some little fingernails found their way under them.. little turds. That being said, my 4 year old has invented a song that he plays always starting on the 'E' and my oldest can find chords (even though I've never really taught him) because of these stickers. If you have kids, I would highly suggest these. Putting names to the notes really helps.My only real complaint is the are kind of thick and I do feel them when playing. I placed them higher up the key in hopes that they wouldn't get in the way, but they are still there. A thinner/softer sticker would probably be better.They stickers stick nicely and clean to the keys but eventually they do rub off the writing. By that time, the student should know the keys so take them off and never replace! The stickers show the sharp and or flat of some keys. That confuses the student thinking that only the black keys are flats and sharps when they're not. I hope they make the stickers practical with ALL flats and sharps or just leave them off altogether. By the time the student learns the keys, they will already know flats and sharps. As a great piano teacher, I only use one sticker (middle C) and have the student use their brain to figure out the rest. I don't baby my students and no other teacher should.Perfect stickers to place on the keys to help my child learn to play piano. These help my son quickly recognize the keys and made learning and playing the piano more enjoyable. Without these, my child was getting frustrated and did not want to play the piano. Most piano teachers will say these will hinder your child because they are looking down instead of reading the music, but you also have to make it somewhat enjoyable so they want to continue to play and learn. These were perfect and helped my child get past the initial hurdles of playing piano. Quality is great and they were easy to stick. My son plays daily and there is no sign of these stickers peeling off easily.I'm a private piano teacher, and I use these for beginning students. They're very helpful, and I like how they also show the sharps and flats. They come off easily, however if you leave them on for too long they will leave a little sticky residue that you will have to scrape off.As a novice, these letters are invaluable to me as I learn to play my keyboard. Best thing about these particular stickers, is they have actually stayed on! Yes, through many hours of use. But make sure you place them just a bit higher than shown in the diagram, with the bottom of the letters even with the bottom of the black keys (there is room between the keys to do it that way, at least on my Yamaha S750.) If you place them as I have described, your fingers will seldom touch them, and these letters should stay on for a long time.Let me justify the 4 stars quickly...The stickers are GREAT! they adhere easily, are easily removed and reused...my only problem is that if you have a full keyboard/piano (like we do), then you have to buy two sets. You end up with a good bit left over, but for $2 and some change a piece (the price when we purchased them), you really can't go wrong.For the price you really cant go wrong. The notes are small but easy to read. My only complaint is that we needed to purchase two booklets to cover our piano. But even doing that was cheaper than most of the other piano key stickers.The stickers are well made and do help to quickly find the right key.The problem I found is that they didn't help me learning to quickly find the keyswithout them. I was just always looking for the note on the sticker instead.When I tried to remove them it was not as easy as I thought and I had to usea small knife to carefully lift them up without scratching the keys.Once they were gone it was just like before I had applied them - I had tosearch for the correct key again.I think it is much better to just learn to recognize the keys on the piano.Without stickers.There is software available to help with that process, and I think that itis worth it.does what it says on the tin !! well worth it - valuable teaching aidWish I had these stickers when I was younger!
