This guitar size is the most sold student guitar for kids and youth. Most kids and youth start learning guitar between 6 and 10 years at school or with a private guitar teacher. That’s exactly why there is a huge choice for this guitar size on the market. Besides, the guitar size doesn’t refer to the total guitar length but to the scale. We are 100% thrilled with this guitar!! My grandson is taking guitar lessons and now he has one to practice with at home!Great size for my seven year oldIt's terribly hard to find a good low-cost left-handed guitar, but this one has a pretty good sound, the action was already fairly low when it arrived, and the strings don't buzz much at all. It's not fancy, but it's perfectly functional. I bought it as a gift for my aging small girlfriend with hand arthritis--didn't want to spend much in case she didn't follow through with learning to play--and it it fills the bill.(The one bad thing I must point out is that the description says this has a top of spalted maple [pattern], but I received one with the common false spruce look.)I am an experienced professional guitar player and I bought this for my daughter. I was super surprised at how well-built it is. Decent sound, good tuning machines, and stays in tune pretty well. Well worth the price.Got this for my grandson who’s 9, I’ve played all my life and own a roomful of strings of every sort. Wasn’t expecting a lot but I was surprised at the quality. Doesn’t really sound good but I’m sure some new strings help that, certainly above average for an entry level childs guitarDisappointed that the case for this guitar does not fit the insturment and there is no option to contact the seller unless you are returning everything. My main reason for purchasing the bundle as opposed to the guitar alone was to get the case so it would be stored properly and now we have to purchase a separate one.Such a good guitar. Middle size, so it's very comfortable for a small person (5.3"), the sound is so good. The strings hold tenssion for quite a while, the finish is much nicer than it appears on the internet. The body shape is a little upsized and compensate for the sound of a relatively smaller guitar. It's made of very good materials and wisely ingeneered. I'm very happy with it.Perfect for my 8 year old grandson and he will be able to use for at least 4 years, before growing out of. Customer service is excellent. I received wrong case and they immediately sent out new one. Just perfect!I bought this guitar thinking my son might learn on his own but ended up taking him for lessons and it's holding up very well. Even his instructor thought it a great guitar so i'm really happy with this purchase.
